SofaScore is one of the leading companies in the field of sports results and statistics, and provides sports fans with top experience in following the results and other statistics in real-time. The main products of the company are web and mobile applications, and in a few days, we will have 100 employees.
At the time of my arrival in SofaScore 2.5 years ago, there were less than 40 of us and my job was mostly accompanied by intensive growth in the years ahead, i.e. it consisted of careful selection and recruitment, employer branding through cooperation with several external institutions and supporting the implementation of new company-level processes.
In January 2020, the team welcomed a Junior HR specialist who supports a large number of selection processes, and now my work is more focused on evolving the leads through in-house workshops, improving the onboarding and strategic planning of HR processes. In July, we introduced BambooHR software, which helps us with the selection, onboarding and administrative part of HR.
The great advantage of working in HR in SofaScore is the support we are getting from the Management in introducing new processes, practices and changes that are a part of the growth. The people here are carefully selected experts in their field who, in addition to their expertise, are also adorned with a pleasant diversity for everyday cooperation :)
Our passion takes us beyond the borders of Croatia, so I want to strengthen the HR team to support the organization in its further development. Therefore, I am looking for an HR generalist with at least 5 years of experience in that field, preferably a psychologist by profession, who is enthusiastic and willing to accept new challenges.


Your tasks:

  • Participating in the selection process and recognition of talents
  • Improving onboarding and supporting the organization in in-house knowledge transfer
  • Providing support to employees in various HR domains
  • Performance management (semi-annual performance interviews)
  • Nurturing the culture and values ​​of the company
  • Education and development of managerial positions
  • Care for employee’s satisfaction and timely recognition of necessary interventions to maintain it
  • Following the latest practices in the HR domain and their implementation
